About Us

Elite Dental Gold Coast is built on the people behind it — and the patients who trust them.

As a team, we believe that good dental care starts with actually listening. Every patient who walks into our Ashmore clinic gets time, attention and honest advice — not a rushed appointment and a bill. From children visiting for the first time to adults finally sorting out something they’ve been putting off for years, we treat every case with the same level of care and the same standard of quality. That’s what keeps Gold Coast patients coming back.

Vision & mission

What we stand for at Elite Dental Gold Coast

We’re not trying to be the biggest dental clinic on the Gold Coast. We’re trying to be the one people actually recommend to their friends and family.

Our Vision

A dental clinic Ashmore and the Gold Coast can actually rely on

We started with a simple belief — that dental care in Australia could be better. Not just technically better, but better in the way it feels to be a patient. Less transactional, more human, and genuinely focused on long-term outcomes rather than quick fixes.

That belief shaped everything about how we built Elite Dental Gold Coast — from the way we design appointments to the technology we invest in, the services we offer and the people we hire. Every decision comes back to the same question: is this actually good for our patients?

Our Mission

Honest dental care for every patient, every single visit

Our mission is straightforward — to give every patient who comes through our Ashmore clinic the kind of care we’d want for our own families. That means taking the time to listen, explaining things clearly and recommending only what’s actually needed.

Whether someone is coming in for a child’s first check-up, custom dentures, oral microbiome treatment or something they’ve been putting off for years — the standard of care doesn’t change. Every patient deserves the same level of attention, and that’s what we deliver.

Our Values

The things we won't compromise on, no matter what

Honesty comes first. We tell patients what we actually find and what we genuinely recommend — not what generates the most revenue. If something doesn’t need doing, we say so. If it does, we explain exactly why before anything is agreed.

We also believe that your oral health is part of your overall health — not separate from it. That’s why we look at the full picture, including your oral microbiome, your habits and your history, rather than just treating the symptom in front of us and sending you on your way.

Questions Gold Coast patients ask us most

Straight answers about our services, pricing, appointments and what to expect at Elite Dental Gold Coast in Ashmore.

We're located in Ashmore on the Gold Coast. We also have a clinic in Robina. Both locations offer the full range of dental services — call us on 07 5539 5009 to find out which location suits you best.
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday 8:30am – 2:00pm. We also offer after-hour appointments for those who can't make it during regular hours — contact us to arrange a time that works for you.
You can book online through our booking system, call us directly on 07 5539 5009 or fill out the contact form on our website. For urgent or same-day appointments, calling is the fastest option.
No referral needed. You can book directly with us for any service — general check-ups, cosmetic treatment, dentures, children's dentistry or anything else. Just get in touch and we'll arrange the right appointment for you.
Your Medicare card if you have one, your health fund card, any previous dental records or X-rays if you have access to them, and a list of any medications you're currently taking. That's it — we'll take care of the rest.
Every 6 months is the standard recommendation for most adults. If you have a higher risk of gum disease, decay or are undergoing orthodontic treatment or have dentures, we may recommend more frequent visits. We'll advise the right schedule for your specific situation at your first appointment.
Yes. We offer after-hour appointments for patients who can't attend during regular business hours. Call us on 07 5539 5009 to arrange a time. For dental emergencies, we prioritise same-day or next available appointments.
Please give us as much notice as possible — ideally 24 hours or more. This allows us to offer your time to another patient who may be waiting. Call us on 07 5539 5009 or send us a message to reschedule.
We do our best to accommodate dental emergencies the same day. Call us as early as possible on 07 5539 5009 and describe your symptoms — we'll prioritise urgent cases and get you in as quickly as we can.
A standard check-up and clean typically takes 45–60 minutes. First appointments may be longer as we take the time to understand your history and goals. Treatment appointments vary depending on what's involved — we'll give you a time estimate when you book.
We offer a comprehensive range including general and cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (braces and Invisalign), children's dentistry, wisdom tooth removal, professional teeth whitening, custom dentures, sports mouth guards, after-hour dental care and mobile dental prosthetist services. Everything under one roof — no referrals needed.
Yes. We offer both traditional braces and Invisalign clear aligners. At your consultation we'll assess which option is better suited to your case, lifestyle and budget and give you a clear treatment plan with full costs before you commit to anything.
Yes. Our mobile dental prosthetist service brings denture care directly to patients who find it difficult or impossible to travel to our clinic — particularly aged care residents. This includes denture fittings, adjustments and repairs on-site. Contact us to arrange a visit.
Yes — and this is one of the things that sets us apart. Our experienced prosthetist makes dentures in our in-house laboratory, which means better quality control, faster turnaround and the ability to make same-day adjustments in most cases.
We recommend bringing your child in when their first tooth appears or by 12 months — whichever comes first. Early visits are about building a positive experience and catching any issues early, not about treatment. The sooner they start, the less likely they are to develop dental anxiety.
Tell us before the appointment. We'll adjust the visit to suit your child — sometimes that means just coming in for a look and a chat with no treatment at all. We move at their pace, explain everything in plain language and never rush. Building trust takes time and we're happy to invest it.
Yes. The Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) provides eligible children aged 2–17 with up to $1,095 in basic dental services over a two-year period. Ask our team whether your child qualifies when you book and we'll help you understand exactly what's covered.
Yes — orthodontic treatment is available for children, teens and adults. We assess readiness based on dental development rather than age alone. An early orthodontic assessment can identify issues while they're easier and less expensive to treat. We'll advise the right timing at your child's check-up.
Because we have an in-house laboratory, our turnaround is faster than clinics that send work to external labs. The process typically involves several appointments over a few weeks — impressions, trial fitting and final delivery. We'll give you a specific timeline at your consultation.
Well-maintained dentures typically last 5–10 years. As your gum and bone structure naturally changes over time, dentures that once fitted well may need relining or replacing. Regular check-ups allow us to monitor this and make adjustments before fit becomes a problem.
Yes. Our in-house laboratory means we can assess and repair broken or damaged dentures quickly — often faster than clinics that rely on external labs. Bring your dentures in as soon as possible and we'll assess what's needed.
Full dentures replace all teeth in the upper or lower arch (or both). Partial dentures fill gaps between remaining natural teeth and clip onto them for stability. Which is right for you depends on how many natural teeth remain and their condition — we'll assess this at your consultation and explain your options clearly.
Your oral microbiome is the community of bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms that live in your mouth. Using salivary and plaque testing, we assess the balance of these microorganisms and identify indicators associated with oral disease. This gives us a far more complete picture of your oral health than a visual examination alone.
Imbalances in the oral microbiome are linked to tooth decay, gum disease and — according to emerging research — broader systemic health conditions. Treating the microbiome means addressing the root cause of oral disease rather than just managing the symptoms. It's the difference between reactive dental care and genuinely preventive care.
Our new patient offer ($289, valued at $663) includes a dentist examination, X-rays, oral microbiome testing and analysis, a hygienist scale and clean, and a personalised program. It's one of the most comprehensive first appointments available on the Gold Coast — and one of the best value.
We use the results to create a personalised treatment and prevention plan — focused on reducing your oral inflammatory load, restoring microbial balance and supporting long-term oral health. Where appropriate, we collaborate with other health professionals to ensure coordinated, patient-centred care.
Yes, we accept most major health funds. Contact us or bring your health fund card to your appointment and we'll process your claim on the spot. If you're unsure what you're covered for, your health fund can tell you before you come in.
Yes. We offer payment plans so that cost isn't a barrier to getting the care you need. Ask our reception team about the options available and we'll find an arrangement that works for your situation.
Our new patient offer is $289 (valued at $663) and includes a dentist examination, X-rays, oral microbiome testing and analysis, a hygienist scale and clean, and a personalised care program. It's the most comprehensive first appointment on the Gold Coast at that price point. Ask us about this when you book.
Always. We provide a clear treatment plan with full costs before any procedure begins. Nothing happens without your informed agreement. No surprises — ever.
